Also the pioneering training of Natural Birth Attendants for the local women to allow them to serve and care for their own community members.
Fresh water supply and bathroom facilities to the local school in Valle de Angeles – finally eradicating long term Gastro-Intestinal and general sickness of hundreds of children and local families in the area. The school was the only water supply for the El Tablon area of Valle de Angeles.
Women's bible study - enabling local women to move on and lead their own study - Praise God!
Hundreds of Spanish Bibles given throughout Valle de Angeles and rural areas of Honduras.
The provision of bible studies, life skills education and a youth group for the local youth in the valley. It has been great to see many give their lives to God and be baptised.
The provision of safe homes / transitioning homes for teenaged orphans following their transition from Institutionalised care to independent living in Honduras and the USA. Praise God that we have been able to set them on the right path with life skills.
English and drama classes at the local schools, as well as Christmas presents!
Gifts of building materials, furniture and clothing to local orphanages in Valle de Angeles. It is unbelievable how poor these orphanages are and our donations helped to make these children’s lives just a bit better.
